ANTI-PRECIPITANT and DISPERDENT for REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANTS
It is a formula suitable to inhibit the fouling of reverse osmosis membranes thanks to the dispersing and sequestering action of its active ingredients against the encrusting substances present in the feed water of reverse osmosis plants.
Specifically designed to protect against calcium and magnesium fouling, it can significantly increase the life of TFC and cellulose acetate membranes. It prevents the precipitation of moderate amounts of silica ions and sulphates.
In the case of aluminum particles and derivatives it is an excellent dispersant.
The pH range is very wide; the product is compatible with all types of reverse osmosis membranes supplied by us.
ANTIPRECIPITANT and DISPERDANT for REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANTS with FILLED WATER or SALMASTERS
With respect to the stratifying substances present in the feed water of reverse osmosis plants, the product is capable of inhibiting the fouling of reverse osmosis membranes due to the dissolving and forfeiting action of its active contents.
The product is mainly aimed at protecting reverse osmosis membranes from fouling deriving from Calcium, Magnesium, Calcium sulphate, Barium sulphate, Calcium fluoride, Strontium sulphate and other elements usually found in well water of medium salinity.
It prevents the precipitation of moderate amounts of silica and ferrous ions and is effective even in the presence of silt and colloids thanks to its chelating capacity.
It works in a wide pH range. It is adaptable to all types of industrial reverse osmosis plants.
ALCALINE DETERGENT for REVERSE OSMOSIS TFC MEMBRANE CLEANING
It is a detergent for reverse osmosis membranes with alkaline Ph, its active ingredients contain a special mixture of cleaning agents, chelators and active ingredients suitable to detach organic fouling as biofilm or organic colloidal deposits rising in the membranes of reverse osmosis plants.
The product is also active secondarily on reverse osmosis plants as a chelator of trivalent and bivalent metals.
ACID DETERGENT for REVERSE OSMOSIS TFC MEMBRANE CLEANING
It is a detergent for reverse osmosis membranes with buffered acid Ph designed to dissolve incrustations deriving from calcium and magnesium carbonates and sulphates, iron oxides and metal hydroxides.
The product can be used periodically on reverse osmosis systems for regular membrane cleaning, and its specific formula containing detergents, dispersants, chelators and reducing agents help to dissolve mineral deposits on TFC spiral wound reverse osmosis membranes.
BIOCIDE for REVERSE OSMOSIS MEMBRANES
The product is an antibacterial biocidal formulation, which when applied on reverse osmosis systems achieves a rapid, broad spectrum, non-oxidizing action; the base of the product is 20% DBNPA (2.2-dibromo-3- nitrilopropionamide).
It is very effective to quickly eliminate algae, bacteria and fungi, it does not damage the TFC and cellulose acetate membranes, and the containment vessels of reverse osmosis plants.
It is applicable and recommended in reverse osmosis plants with the presence of organic sediment in the water to be treated.
CHLORINE DRYER FOR REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANTS
The product is based on sodium bisulphite suitable to remove any free chlorine once combined in the feed water of reverse osmosis plants.
It is well known that the presence of free chlorine can ruin the membranes over time and reduce the quality of the water produced by osmosis plants, the product is suitable for the preservation of the membranes of reverse osmosis plants thanks to the normal periodic stops of the companies.
