Another need to acidify the waste water sent to a purification plant, is to avoid a series of chemical complexes that are created between metals and substances defined chelators, in this case a preliminary water acidification avoids the complex and increases the percentage of abatement of metals in the chemical physical purification process.
The acidification in a chemical-physical purification plant, is carried out by Pentacque, with containment tanks in unalterable plastic material or stainless steel, the dosing system of the contrast reagent is monitored and automatically managed by a pH reader, to save the entire purification cycle, acidification is partially performed with primary coagulants with acid component, this system saves water treatment and improves the analytical results of the chemical-physical treatment system.
